The Brand New Owner
"I have a million things to do before launching my business. HELP!"
Registering an LLC, opening a bank account, securing commercial space/creating a home office, designing a logo..the list goes on and on and most of this stuff has to be done by you, the owner.
So you’re doing your due diligence. Researching and contacting web designers to see if they’re a good fit for your project. Because you’re worried that:
- Big agencies sound credible but they offer tons of stuff you don’t need, or at least don’t need right now, like brand development, link building, and funnels. What is that stuff, anyway? You don’t have time to learn it all right now, and you don’t want to pay for services that you’re not going to use.
- Ultra-cheap overseas designers can be enticing because their prices are low, but you’re worried that you can’t trust them.

So we won’t bore you or waste your time.
Here’s the deal:
- You want a small team. Two people who know exactly who you are when you need something.
- You want to be able to pick up the phone and get in touch with your designers whenever you have a quick question, not call a black hole tech support 800- number and leave a message crossing your fingers for a response.
- You want a website, not a full scale branding and strategy development plan.
- You can describe your clients, but you don’t necessarily know how to use copywriting to speak to them in vivid concise language on a webpage.
- You want to talk to friendly people so you feel comfortable asking questions, not be condescended to with jargon-filled confusing explanations.
- Price is a factor but you don’t want to go ultra-cheap with an overseas designer who you don’t fully trust, doesn’t take the time to understand your specific business or is hard to reach on the phone.
Let’s Get Started
The best way to get to know each other is over the phone. This is not a sales call. No! We hate those too. We’ll keep this first one brief and focus on listening to what you do and what you need.
Together, we’ll be able to determine if we’re the best fit for you, and if we are, we’ll email a proposal that summarizes what you need the website to do, our execution plan, and, of course, pricing.

What Happens Next?
Once you give the proposal the thumbs up, secure your project start date with a deposit of 50% of the total bill. Along with that invoice we’ll send you a questionnaire so we can learn about your business in more detail.
Once we comb through your responses and do some industry research, it’s time for a clarity call. We’ll ask specific questions so we know exactly what you like and don’t like and we’ll answer any of your questions too.
On your end, it’s time to send any photos or videos you want included on the website, and for us, it’s time to get to work on the first draft. We guarantee you’ll have a draft to review within a week of our call.
And Now What?
Review the draft. Want to change something? No problem! Images, text, anything. It’s your website after all so we want to make sure you love it.
Is It Really This Simple?
Yes! And after your website launches you can maintain it yourself or opt for one of our website management service options.
