What about hosting?
All of our Complete Care Plans include hosting through Hostinger.
If you choose provide your own hosting service we recommend hosting with Hostinger.com. Annually rated #1 in reliability, speed and customer service. During your website onboarding process we will send you details on how to sign up, grant us access to the server and share our discount code for extra savings.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. All plans are billed on a month to month basis. You can opt to updgrade/downgrade at any point before your next billing cycle. To make a change of plan or cancel simply send us an email to hello@bungalowwebdesign.com 7 days before your next billing cycle.

What if my website crashes, the menu isn't work or just looks weird all of a sudden?
Contact us immediately (call, email or text) and we’ll get right on it to fix the issue. If need be, we’ll communicate with your hosting company until the problem is solved.
What if I want to add a page or new section to my website? Is that included?
Designing new pages for your website isn’t included in your monthly management plan, but we’re happy to do it! Contact us for details.
Do I really need a care plan if my website was designed well?
Yes, even a well-designed website still needs a care plan. Think of your website like a car: even if it was built perfectly, it still needs oil changes, tire checks, and the occasional tune-up to stay running smoothly.
Without ongoing maintenance, things can break quietly in the background, like plugin conflicts, security vulnerabilities, or slow load times that cost you visitors and leads.
A care plan keeps everything updated, backed up, secure, and performing the way it should.

All websites are legally required to have a privacy policy. Terms and conditions are encouraged, but not always required.
While not included in our management plans, we recommend Termageddon for policies because they automatically update to comply with changing laws.
