Case Study:
AZ Auto Website Redesign MVD Services

AZ Auto License Services has an impressive offering, with six locations and a wide array of services. Our main goal was to arrange all this information in a way that makes it easier for people to find what they’re looking for.

The previous website was written in long paragraph form, like reading a textbook- it wasn’t user-friendly or engaging.

With the redesign, we divided the content into organized sections, highlighting key points with headlines and bullet lists. We also integrated relevant images, transforming the information overload into digestible, visually attractive pieces. Using white space creates breathing room.

In terms of performance, the old website suffered from slow load times and image quality issues – pixelation and improper formatting. We optimized the site by reducing file sizes, which not only improved load speeds but also significantly enhanced the quality of images.

The Hero Section: Make Important Stuff Easy To Find

Previously, the homepage layout was cramped, largely due to the menu being positioned on the right side, consuming valuable screen space. To solve this, we moved the menu to the top, aligning with industry norms, aligning with website visitors’ expectations and enhancing the page’s layout.

To avoid inundating our visitors with an extensive list of offerings, we created clear categories and implemented dropdown menus. This organized approach ensures that all the necessary information is readily available, but only visible when needed, maintaining a clean, uncluttered interface.

Make the Call To Action Clear

A well-defined Call to Action (CTA) is critical on a website because it guides your visitors towards the desired action you want them to take. If your CTA is unclear, like in the case of mixing license services and coupons, it can create confusion and hinder conversion rates. Your visitors need to immediately understand what they are expected to do next, be it booking an appointment or finding a location.

Bringing It All Together

In the new design, we’ve matched the company’s branding by creating a color scheme that aligns with AZ Auto’s logo and promotional materials. The content is engaging, straightforward, and conversational to make those tricky motor vehicle documents easier to grasp.

We’ve also used impactful icons to highlight the advantages of choosing AZ Auto over others. Key features like minimal wait times and the convenience of online booking make AZ Auto a standout choice.
